Karen Gade-Pulido, M.D.
Dr. Gade-Pulido graduated summa cum laude from Appalachian State University with her BS in Biology and Chemistry.
She attended Medical School at Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, NC, and completed her internship and residency at the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, MN.
Board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as Electrodiagnostic Medicine, Dr. Gade-Pulido serves as the Medical Director for Rehabilitation Services at Alliance Community Hospital where she oversees the rehabilitation of people recovering from a wide variety of problems. She has lectured widely in the community on a number of subjects, and as an accomplished marathoner, has an interest in sports injuries and women's fitness and wellness.
